GCC countries’ medical appointment bookings are available at GAMCA Appointments. We do not perform medical examinations or provide medical reports.

Refund & Cancellation

Our appointment assistance fee is ₹1,500 per applicant.
Requests to cancel before the appointment slip is created may be eligible for a refund, depending on the processing or payment gateway fees.
The assistance fee is usually non-refundable after the GAMCA appointment slip is created.
If the applicant fails to attend the medical examination, changes their travel plans or is issued an Unfit medical result, no refund will be issued.
If a duplicate payment is made, the duplicate payment may be refunded upon verification, subject to applicable transaction charges.
If an appointment cannot be processed because of a technical problem that we caused, the case will be reviewed and an eligible refund may be issued.
Applicants will be held responsible for furnishing accurate passport and personal details. We will not be liable for any errors resulting from inaccurate information given by the applicant.
Refunds are usually issued within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.

Please contact us with your name, passport number, booking details and payment/transaction ID for cancellation or refund.
