You agree to the following terms when using the GAMCA Appointments website or our appointment assistance services.

We can help you with booking medical appointments for the GCC related medical needs. No medical examinations or medical reports are made.

Applicants are required to give accurate and complete information including passport and personal information. We are not responsible for problems caused by incorrect information supplied by the applicant.

The appointment and medical examination will be conducted in accordance with the procedures of the applicable system, availability and authorized medical centre. No guarantee of a specific medical centre, appointment time or medical result.

The final medical fitness decision is made by the authorized medical centre. Fit is not guaranteed.

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments. The appointment assistance fee is usually non-refundable after an appointment slip is created.

No responsibility will be accepted for delays, cancellations, technical issues, changes in requirements, medical results or decisions made by authorised medical centres or relevant authorities.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. New terms will be posted on this page.
